Great Place to Work measured the difference in survey responses from over 413,000 millennials to those of other generations, drawn from America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, with over 1 million responses from employee surveys and data from companies employing more than 6.1 million US workers represent. In this survey, 93% of IGS Energy employees said the company is a great place to work. That number is 36% higher than the average US company.
